Returning Items

Ace Print will endeavour to despatch standard items such as letterheads, business cards, leaflets, etc..  within 2-3 working days of the artwork being approved. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you to explain the situation. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon – Fri.


We endeavour to supply only the highest quality print and believe you will be delighted with any purchase. If you are unhappy with the product in anyway please contact us as soon as possible following receipt of your order. Contact must be made within 7 days of taking collection of your print.

The decision to either refund or reprint will be made once your items are returned in their entirety.

We will not reprint or refund any orders with artwork errors that have been approved with either samples or email proofs.

If you supply your own artwork for us to print directly we will not accept responsibility for any errors found once printed as we do not proof read any print ready artwork.

Complaints Procedure

If you wish to make a complaint, please first send all the relevant details to us in an email or by letter. You must ensure that you quote any Order or Reference numbers given to you along with your name and details how we can contact you. Any complaints will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and resolve your dispute swiftly keeping you fully informed at all stages. Ace Print will deal with any complaints fairly, confidentially, effectively and strive to enhance our performance as the result of any problems our customers encounter to ensure it does not occur again.
